Disputes may arise over housing developments, strip or standard shopping malls, green space, wetlands preservation or land swap to allow filling of a wetland, roads and other infrastructure requirements. The concerns may be what is to happen, how much, by when, and who pays for it.

Mr. Krauss has served in economic development for a chamber of commerce, and received related training from the University of Oklahoma. He understands that such conflicts may have multiple parties and perspectives, and can help all parties in their search for a mutually acceptable resolution.
